Our Story

ReinvestNE was founded by a husband-and-wife team with a simple belief: every property has a story, and every homeowner deserves options. For us, that belief begins with a house. We’re high school sweethearts, and the home we live in today is where our story began. Long before we were married, long before we had children, and long before we ever imagined owning a home together, we spent countless hours there. It was where friendships were formed, memories were made, and where the foundation of our relationship quietly took shape. At the time, it was simply a house. Looking back, it became part of our story.

Years later, when my husband’s best friend’s mom decided it was time to sell, she was facing a situation many homeowners know all too well. The property needed significant repairs and updates, and preparing it for a traditional sale would have required a substantial investment of time, money, and energy. Instead, we were able to provide a straightforward solution that helped alleviate that burden and allowed their family to move forward without the stress of renovations and uncertainty.

What they may not have realized is that the opportunity they gave us meant just as much to our family as the solution meant to theirs. When we purchased the home, it wasn’t move-in ready. Far from it. My husband poured countless hours into transforming the property. Walls were removed, rooms were expanded, and new features were added. Nearly every corner of the house was thoughtfully renovated and reimagined. What was once a home filled with memories became a home designed for our future.

Today, it’s where we’re raising our children. It’s where we celebrate birthdays, gather for holidays, and create new memories while still remembering the many moments that happened there years ago. The house looks different now, but the heart of it remains the same. That experience shaped the way we view real estate. Behind every property is a story.
